West Deptford Soccer Tournament Volunteer Instructions

1.      Field Coordinator – You are required to report to the main tent of your assigned field 10 – 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.  You must sign in your name and your team’s name for verification purposes, then go to your scheduled field.  Once you are at your scheduled field you must check in with the coordinator you are relieving.  They will give you a vest and a clipboard.    You then must find the coaches of the teams scheduled to play.  You are to request the players’ passes and check the picture to the face of each player.  Give the coach back the passes.  At the end of the game you must get a copy of the score sheet from the referee.  Keep in mind that you may be relieving someone before the previous game is over so you may need to do this 1^st.  Once you receive the score sheet you then need to relay the scores to the Main Tent at your site. 

NOTE: If you are the 1^st game of the day you must report to the Main Tent in West Deptford Park 30 minutes prior to your scheduled time to pick up you materials.  If you are the last game of the day you must return the materials to the Main Tent in West Deptford Park.

2.      Trophies – Trophies will be handed out at West Deptford Park.  Report to the tent at West Deptford Park. You must sign in your name and your team’s name for verification purposes.  You will be instructed by a tournament member on what to do. 

3.      T-Shirts – T-Shirts will be sold at all fields.  Report to the tent at your scheduled field. You must sign in your name and your team’s name for verification purposes.  You will be instructed by a tournament member on what to do.

4.      Tent Duty - Report to the tent at your scheduled field. You must sign in your name and your team’s name for verification purposes.  You will be instructed by a tournament member on what to do.
