Chris Weber Memorial Scholarship

A $300 award will be given to a male and female candidate for graduation at Commencement Exercises in June. The award is presented by West Deptford Soccer, Inc. Candidates for graduation must submit this form to the Office of Student Activities no later than April 1^st. The WDSI Scholarship Committee will select the recipient.

Basis for Selection: Scholarship and interest in promoting soccer in West Deptford. Applicant must have played high school soccer and for the West Deptford Club. Applicant must attend college or post-secondary school. The below application must be completed detailing academic achievements, athletic achievements and school activities.
